In Italy, citizenship by descent belongs by right to anyone with Italian ancestors. As a matter of fact, the Italian law on citizenship is based on the principle of the Jure Sanguinis, law of blood, and not on the place of birth. The most difficult part is tracing the documents that certify the Italian origins. Most of the time the ancestors emigrated many years before and for a private citizen is not easy at all to prove his/her Italian descent.

Our team in Italy is able to trace your origins back to the fourth or fifth generation and prove them legally. Thus you can easily obtain Italian citizenship in Italy, without wasting money and time due to the long and exhausting bureaucratic researches.
